Greg Miller is a visionary educational leader with a strong desire to transform learning. Commencing in 2023, Greg serves as Principal of Chevalier College.
Prior to this he served as Principal Leader of St Luke’s Catholic College, Marsden Park, Sydney, Australia. St Luke’s is establishing the ‘new normal’ for preschool to post-school learning by combining five educational services of preschool, primary, secondary, out of hours schools care and a high needs hub, within the one Catholic learning community. Greg has also served as Secondary Schools Consultant in the Diocese of Broken Bay which followed 7 years as Principal of Mater Dei Catholic College in Wagga where he stridently advanced the quality of learning and leadership.
With an ability to ‘get people on board’, Greg’s passion for learning wins commitment from staff, students and the wider community. As a creative, strategic and analytical thinker, and with the invaluable support of excellent staff, engaged parents and supportive community partnerships, Greg acts with and with the ‘fierce urgency of the now’ by collaboratively working with other educational thought leaders to ensure Chevalier College is #futurefacing now.

With over 25 years of experience in education, Rebecca Graham serves as the Senior Assistant Principal of Learning and Teaching at Chevalier College.
A passionate advocate for academic excellence, she oversees curriculum development, teaching strategies, and student achievement across all year levels. Rebecca’s outstanding interpersonal skills build relationships across all stakeholders at the college, creating a sense of trust and community.
Engaged in a Masters in Educational Leadership and a strong background in pedagogy, Rebecca works closely with teachers to implement innovative learning practices, ensuring that students receive a personalised, future-focused education. Committed to professional development and collaborative leadership, Rebecca strives to cultivate a dynamic learning environment that prepares students for the challenges of tomorrow.
Assistant Principal, Faith Formation and Mission

Sandy Abbey is a dedicated Catholic educational leader with experience across both independent and systemic Catholic schools in the areas of faith formation, Religious Education, and Catholic identity. He aims to animate the faith life of a school by recontextualising Catholic identity and embedding charism within a school’s culture in new and innovative ways. Sandy particularly enjoys designing and delivering formation opportunities for both individual schools and across diocesan settings to help foster a collective understanding of the nature and purpose of Catholic education. He received the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholar award from the University of Divinity, Melbourne upon his completion of a Masters of Divinity where he specialised in Church History and Systematic Theology.

Jo Kirby is an educator with 20 years of experience across all sectors, including government, independent, and international settings. She is currently serving as Assistant Principal New Ambitions and Innovation at Chevalier College.
She has pursued professional growth through a Master of Educational Leadership, and multiple action research projects, which have inspected the impact of various ‘recasting education’ projects. She has a passion for pushing educational boundaries in the areas of pedagogy, capabilities assessment, contemporary learning, and digital technologies. She has dedicated her career to supporting educators to stay ahead of the curve in terms of innovation and pursuing excellence in their own practice. Jo is known for challenging the status quo, asking critical questions, exploring new possibilities, and her enduring quest for that juncture between innovation and learning.
Assistant Principal, Wellbeing and Growth

An accomplished educator with a Bachelor of Art Education from UNSW College of Fine Arts (1992-1995), Kelly has dedicated over three decades to Catholic education, beginning her career in 1996. A senior visual arts teacher with a passion for student wellbeing and growth, she has held leadership roles including Creative Arts Coordinator and Year Coordinator at various schools. Since 2019, Kelly has served as Assistant Principal of Wellbeing, with an expansion of the role to include Growth in 2025. She leads an extensive wellbeing team, working collaboratively focusing on contemporary and best practice. Known for creating innovative wellbeing structures and leadership models, Kelly empowers students to thrive in an ever-evolving world.

Natalie has over 27 years of dedicated service in Catholic education, specialising in Senior Biology and currently serving as Dean of Students at Chevalier College, where she leads a team of six leaders of House overseeing the wellbeing and discipline of more than 1000 students.
Her leadership experience spans roles such as Assistant Principal Wellbeing, Stage Coordinator, Co-Leader of Learning, and full-time science educator. Holding a Bachelor of Science, a Diploma in Education, and a Certificate in Religious Education, she brings a comprehensive educational foundation and an unwavering passion for pastoral care. She is committed to creating a supportive, thriving community, where relationships are strengthened, and students are empowered to succeed both academically and personally.
Digital Technologies and Innovation
MTeaching; BCAFS
With extensive experience in digital innovation and future-focussed education, Ryan serves as the Leader of Digital Technology & Innovation at Chevalier College.
Ryan had worked on major innovation projects for the Department of Education including the STEM.T4L and Rural Access Gap projects, supporting teachers and students in more than 1200 school across NSW Public Schools. He brings knowledge of integrating AI software in Finance consulting firms, understanding how the world is adapting to rapid change and bringing that knowledge to his work at Chevalier College.
An advocate for digital technology integration, Ryan leads teaching and learning that blends design thinking, immersive technologies, and GenAI tools. He supports teachers to feel confident with emerging digital software so they can empower students to move beyond consuming content to creating it.
Director of Enterprise Services
Melissa commenced at Chevalier College in July 2023 as the Director of Enterprise Services. Melissa is an experienced corporate services specialist with strong operational and financial acumen developed from holding management and board level positions in the professional, commercial and public sectors. Melissa has a Bachelor of Business degree and is a Chartered Accountant and Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Manager of Marketing, Partnerships and Community

Simone is an experienced marketing, partnerships and community leader working across the education and not‑for‑profit sectors. As Manager of Marketing, Partnerships and Community at Chevalier College, she brings together strategy, storytelling and strong relationships to build engaged communities and deliver meaningful impact.
She is known for her thoughtful leadership style, strategic insight and her ability to translate vision into action through engaged, capable teams. Recognised for building high‑performing teams and mobilising people around a shared goal, Simone leads with clarity, trust and a healthy sense of humour. She believes great work happens when people feel heard, supported and genuinely enjoy what they do.
College Chaplain
Fr. John has a long association with the College: a former student, teacher and College Principal. He has been a Principal of two other MSC Colleges – Monivae College in Victoria and Downlands College in Queensland.
His role as Chaplain supports the role of the Assistant Principal Faith and Mission; encourages staff and students in their spiritual journey in life; leads liturgies and supports and encourages by his presence at events and throughout the daily life of the College.
