Thank you for considering Chevalier College as a choice for your child’s secondary schooling. We are an independent, catholic, coeducational secondary school providing quality education to students from Year 7 to Year 12.  All are welcome to apply for enrolment at Chevalier College, regardless of personal, pastoral or financial circumstances.

SCHOOL TWILIGHT TOURS
Thursday 22 November from 4.00 to 7.00pm

Families with Year 4, 5 and 6 children are invited to join us for a school tour. Meet students and staff, visit our facilities, try hands-on activities, enjoy a free sausage sizzle, giveaways and more!

ENROLMENT ENQUIRIES
We can enrol your son or daughter at any time during the school year if a space becomes available.  Applications for Year 7, 2020 are now open and should be lodged by 8 February 2019.

SCHOLARSHIPS & BURSARIES
Through the generosity of donors and supporters of Chevalier College we are able, from time to time, to offer full or part bursaries for students who are not currently enrolled at the college.

For 2019 a number of places in Year 9 and Year 11 will be offered to new students as either part of full scholarships.  Scholarships available for the performing arts, academic subjects, sports, visual arts, hospitality, construction and primary industries.  Click for more information

Meet our Principal, talk to our teachers, take a student-led tour of our facilities, try hands-on activities, view our interschool gala sports day, enjoy a free sausage sizzle and more.

HOW TO ENROL
Year 7

  • Applications should be lodged during Term 1 in the year before commencement.
  • Late applications will be considered, but will be subject to placement availability and a $200 application fee.
  • Student and family interviews will be held prior to Offer of Acceptance.
  • An Orientation Day, for accepted applicants, is held in the November prior to the new school year.

The following documents should be attached to the application form:

  • Application fee ($100)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Certificate of Baptism or other Sacrament, if applicable
  • Copy of Year 5 reports
  • Copy of Year 5 NAPLAN results
  • Copy of professional reports, such as medical, educational or behavioural reports, if applicable.

Year 8 to 12

  • Applications are considered at any time and are subject to availability within the required year group
  • Applicants for Years 11 and 12 will need to discuss course selection with the Assistant Principal – Learning and Teaching to determine if comparable subjects are available for completion of the Higher School Certificate.

The following documents should be attached to the application form:

  • Application fee ($100)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Certificate of Baptism or other Sacrament, if applicable
  • Copy of two (2) most recent school reports
  • Copy of professional reports, such as medical, educational or behavioural reports, if applicable.
