Chevalier College - Enrolments

Year 7 Enrolment Procedures
Applications should be lodged during Term 1 in the year before commencement.
Late applications will be considered, but will be subject to placement availability.
New Year 7 students will be invited to an Orientation Day held in the November
prior to new school year.
The following documents should be attached to the application form.

   Application fee
   Copy of Birth Certificate
   If Catholic: Copy of Certificate of Baptism or other Sacrament
   Copy of Year 5 reports
   Copy of Year 5 NAPLAN results
   Copy of professional reports, such as medical, educational or behavioural reports if applicable

Year 8 to 12 Enrolment Procedures
Applications are considered at any time.
Applicants for Years 11 and 12 will need to discuss course selection with the Assistant Principal Learning and Teaching to determine if comparable subjects are available for completion of the Higher School Certificate.
The following documents should be attached to the application form.

   Application fee
   Copy of Birth Certificate
   If Catholic: Copy of Certificate of Baptism or other Sacrament
   Copy of two (2) most recent school reports
   Copy of professional reports, such as medical, educational or behavioural reports if applicable
