Counselling Chronicle (1)
The Chevalier College Counsellors, Kelly Smith and Felicity Webster, will be publishing articles related to health and mental well-being on a regular basis during school terms. For the first issue of the ‘Counselling Chronicle’ Felicity has selected a number of links to resources that may be of interest to parents and families.
MENTAL HEALTH IN THE DIGITAL AGE
The increasing availability of high-speed internet and smart devices in recent years has allowed for the increased availability and quality of information on mental health in young people. Similarly, a number of online and application-based resources have been developed to assist individuals in managing their mental health and related difficulties, or to encourage resilience and mental well-being.
